Michael Cappello "Webmaster" and "Client" (submitting order/listing) enter into a business relationship for advertising purposes as outlined in this Terms of Agreement.
1. Webmaster will provide the Client a listing in the Real Estate Appraisers Directory, Android App, iPhone App and Mobile Phone App (http://reappraisers.mobi) which will include the appraisers name, city, phone number and link to website (if applicable).
2. Only certified residential, certified general and licensed appraisers are allowed to list their services in the directory. This is verified through the Appraisal Subcommittee website. Listings are available for individual appraiser's only. * We do not accept Registered appraisers or trainees.
3. Clients will receive a listing for the location that the Appraisal Subcommittee website indicates where they are located. If the information in the Appraisal Subcommittee website is incorrect please have them correct it and notify us when it is correct and your listing will be changed to indicate the proper information. The purpose of this directory is to provide clients with a local appraiser that has knowledge of the local real estate market. You must be certified in the state where you are located.
4. Client can cancel their listing in the directory at anytime.
5. By listing their services in the directory, Client is stating that they have the proper state certification or license and credentials to perform the type(s) of appraisal services that they list and that they are in good standing in their state.
6. Client understands that placing their information in this directory is for advertising purposes only.
7. Client understands it is up to them to check out anyone who contacts them regarding their services via this directory, just like they would if someone calls from the phone book, TV or radio advertisements, newspaper ads or any other source. The Webmaster assumes no responsibility for any clients the Client obtains as a result of placing their information in the Real Estate Appraisers Directory.
8. Client understands that advertising their services in the directory is the same as advertising in the phone book, newspaper, radio, television, etc. as there are no guarantees to the amount of orders you will receive or the number of potential clients that will contact you or utilize your services.
9. If the Webmaster becomes aware that the Client submitted false information to attain a listing in the directory, he has the right to remove the Client's information. The Webmaster reserves the right to deny and/or remove a directory listing for any reason.

Indemnity
Advertising your services in the Real Estate Appraisers Directory is provided without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Neither this agreement nor any documentation furnished under it is intended to express or imply any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free.
The Real Estate Appraisers Directory, and its owner/Webmaster, shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any loss of business, profits or goodwill, loss of use or data, interruption of business, or for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages of any character that result in any way from applicant's use of or inability to use this service.
The Real Estate Appraisers Directory and the site owner's/Webmaster's liability to applicant shall not, for any reason, exceed the amount actually paid by applicant to the Real Estate Appraisers Directory, owner/Webmaster under this agreement.
By completing the order form and clicking the "Yes" to the Terms of Agreement, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older, are a certified appraiser and that you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information, and that you agree to be bound by this agreement.
Terms may change in the future
Your inclusion in the Real Estate Appraisers Directory is conditioned on your acceptance without modification of these Terms of Agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms you should not utilize these services. The Webmaster may at his sole discretion modify these Terms at any time and such modifications will be effective immediately upon being posted on this site. The most current version of these Terms can be accessed through the "Terms of Agreement" link on the "Appraisers Get Listed" page. You agree to review these Terms periodically, and your continued use of the Services after the posting of modifications constitutes your affirmative agreement to abide and be bound by the Terms, as modified.
