Premium Listing: Only one premium listing is allowed per zip code. Once a premium listing is purchased by an appraiser all the other free "Standard Listings" in that zip code will be removed from the directory. This will enable the appraiser with the "Premium Listing" to obtain more appraisal orders. Premium listings will appear at the top of the search results for your zip code with your name in red and bold, your phone number in bold and a link from the search results to your website (if applicable) so users can obtain more information about you and your appraisal business. A premium listing will also include your contact information and a link to your website (if applicable) in the city page dedicated to the city/town you are located in.
